3. WhatsApp and SARA Digital Assistant

We may also use automation and workflow technologies, including n8n, to route, process, and manage messages and to operate the functions of our digital assistant SARA.

SARA may use artificial intelligence technologies to help understand user inquiries, generate responses, and manage conversations.

Some personal data may be processed by third-party service providers that are necessary for the operation of our services, including providers of messaging, hosting, automation, and artificial intelligence technologies.

4. مزودو الخدمات ومعالجة البيانات

ننصح المستخدمين بعدم إرسال كلمات المرور أو البيانات المالية أو المعلومات شديدة الحساسية عبر WhatsApp أو المساعد الرقمي إلا إذا كانت هناك ضرورة واضحة لذلك ومن خلال قناة مناسبة وآمنة.

قد تخضع بعض أجزاء خدماتنا لسياسات الخصوصية وشروط مزودي الخدمات الخارجيين المستخدمين لتشغيل أنظمتنا، بما في ذلك Meta وWhatsApp ومزودو خدمات الاستضافة والأتمتة والذكاء الاصطناعي.
